Privacy Policy — Capy Blast

This Privacy Policy explains how TD Soft ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile game Capy Blast (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

The App does not require an account and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any directly identifying information. We do not knowingly collect such personal data.

The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain information to function, show ads, and help us understand usage:

• Device & other identifiers (e.g. advertising ID, app instance ID) — used to serve and measure ads and for analytics.
• App activity & usage (e.g. levels played, in-app events, session data) — used for analytics to improve the game.
• Approximate, non-precise technical data (e.g. device model, OS version, general region inferred from IP by ad/analytics providers).

We do not request location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo permissions.

2. Purchases

In-app purchases (coin packs and "Remove Ads") are processed by Google Play Billing and managed via RevenueCat. Payment is handled entirely by Google; we never receive or store your payment card details.

3. Third-party services

These providers may process data as described in their own policies:

• Google AdMob (ads) — policies.google.com/privacy

• RevenueCat (purchase management) — revenuecat.com/privacy

4. Advertising

The App shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).

5. Children

The App is rated for ages 13+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Data security & retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections by the services above and retained only as long as needed for the purposes described, per each provider's policy.

7. Your choices & data deletion

You may reset your advertising ID, opt out of personalized ads in device settings, or uninstall the App at any time. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email us at the address below.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
